INNER WANDERLUST

Zylke Culture camera bag / Guess jeans / Seashop muscle tee / H&M coat / Rusty Lopez boots / Brian Atwood x Target shades / Earrings from Korea / Cotton On watch

I love visiting places and I love exploring territories, walking on different cities in different parts of the world and unlocking new cultures of a country.

My inner wanderlust always get giddy on plane rides, long road trips, lounging around in airports, and the feeling of going somewhere far from my home is always a breeze of fresh air.

Do you love traveling?

SUDDEN REALIZATION

Zylke Culture camera bag / Greenhills leggings / Creative Recreation shoes / H&M coat / Beanie from Baguio

Ever since I was a kid, I've been a firm believer that I'm the only one who can control my life, mainly because of the fact that it's mine. I always told myself that I will make things happen, whether it was for me or for others.

Lately, I've caught myself letting others help to achieve what I wanted to achieve. Well, I won't be letting go of my control, that's for sure. It's just like I've been switched to auto-pilot or something, making me relax more and think things through.

What are your sudden realizations?

I'M A PRICE TAG

H&M top / Forever 21 jeans / Beanie from Baguio / Zylke Culture camera bag / Cotton On watch / Rusty Lopez boots

These photos were shot in Korea last October. Also, my future posts will be about Korea: my outfits and my adventures.

Spent the first day in Korea touring around Seoul. Visited Namsan Tower, The Teddy Bear Museum, and Myeongdong.

All my feelings cannot be comprehended, to be honest. I never wanted to leave Korea because I instantly fell in love with the place when I explored it for the first time.

In other news, I hope your 2014 is going well so far!

2014

Happy New Year everyone! Here's to an awesome 2014 ahead!

Okay, I now give you all the permission to call me a really bad blogger. I admit, I have no alibi for this. I was just enjoying myself because of the super jam packed Christmas Break I've been having so far, but I'm not complaining!

Anyway, after a turbulent year, I am very determined to make 2014 the best year ever. To be honest I've never stuck to my resolutions, but I want to make a list of things I'd like to achieve, and at the end of 2014 I want to look back and see how I've grown as a person, as a daughter, or as a student.

I think it's very important to set goals to give you something to look forward to and strive towards. Also, the feeling of accomplishing something is just priceless.

I am really going to make the most out of this year, and I hope you all do too.

Merry Christmas everyone!

I was planning on making a blog post for Christmas Eve as well, but I decided to make one for Christmas Day itself instead. Okay, too much irrelevant information was given.

Anyway, my Christmas turned out better than what I had expected in terms of gifts. I'm not a materialistic person -- it's just that I wasn't expecting people (even my own parents) to give me anything because I never really wanted or asked for anything in particular. I mean, thinking of a whole wish list is just too taxing for me! Lazy person alert.

Besides, Christmas for me is all about the giving then the receiving. Yeah, it's really awesome to receive presents and all but giving it to someone who is really special and seeing them smile when they open it is a hundred times more fulfilling.

Trust me, I've felt that feeling.

IRREPLACEABLE

Seashop top / Folded & Hung fedora hat / SM Department Store shorts / Paula Bianca sandals

Fun fact: The belt I used for this outfit was an actual ribbon.

Though it's nearly Christmas, the weather here in the Philippines is still very hot so this calls for the less conservative kind of pants called shorts.

Just for the sake of going out and escaping boredom, I accompanied my mom to work. The place had really fast Internet, air conditioning, and whatnot. My time was mostly spent catching up on YouTube and taking photos.

I also thought that wearing a hat might be helpful to lessen the scorching heat on my head however I don't think it made a significant difference.

Oh, the disadvantages of living in a tropical country.

JUILLIARD

Juilliard shirt / SM Department Store shorts / Converse shoes / Folded & Hung belt

Juilliard is my ultimate dream school! My aunt got the shirt for me when she visited Juilliard in New York. You have no idea how excited I was to receive the package. Every time I wear it I feel like I'm a student and I'm showing off my school pride.

A girl can dream right?
